My mom made the best peanut butter fudge ever. But I
have tryed to make it and it sure takes some pracitce.
Here is the recipe the marshmellow fluff makes it so creamy
Peanut Butter Fudge
2 cups sugar
2/3 cups milk
1 t. vanilla
1 cup marshmellow
1 cup peanut butter
Boil sugar and milk at 235 degrees or soft ball
Add marshmellows, peanut butter, and vanilla.
Take off of heat.
Stir and pour into a buttered squared dish 9 x 9

Peanut Butter Fudge:
1 cup butter, plus more for greasing pan
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pound powdered sugar
Microwave butter and peanut butter for 2 minutes on high. Stir and microwave on high for 2 more minutes. Add vanilla and powdered sugar to peanut butter mixture and stir to combine with a wooden spoon. Pour into a buttered 8 by 8-inch pan lined with waxed paper. Place a second piece of waxed paper on the surface of the fudge and refrigerate until cool. Cut into 1-inch pieces and store in an airtight container for up to a week.

Peanut Butter Fudge
INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter
4-1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup milk
1-1/2 cups peanut butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
7 cups confectioners' sugar
DIRECTIONS
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour over confectioners' sugar in a large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth; pour into two 8x8 inch dish. Chill until firm and cut into squares.
Makes 30 Servings

i know a great peanut butter fudge recipe 1 can sweetened condensed milk, i found if i used 1 and a half bags of peanut butter chips it was a little firmer, put can of condensed milk and chips in greased glass casserole dish put in micro wave for about 2 1/2 minutes stir and put in for 1-2 more minutes just until chips melt take out of microwave and stir add any other ingredients you want nuts, marshmallows, even chunks of chocolate cover with plastic wrap put in fridge and walla it is very easy and very good i make rocky road also that way. try it also if u type in velveeta cheese they have a cheese and peanut butter fudge recipe on there

INGREDIENTS
1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, combine cake mix, peanut butter, egg and oil. Press two-thirds of the mixture into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes.
In a heavy saucepan, heat the milk, chocolate chips and butter over low heat; stir until blended. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars.

Peanut Butter Dreams
This no bake cookie is a simple, chocolate-coated treat!
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup butter
4 cups confectioners' sugar
2 cups creamy peanut butter
3 cups crisp rice cereal
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
4 tablespoons shortening
DIRECTIONS
In a large mixing bowl, mix butter, sugar, peanut butter and crisp rice cereal together thoroughly.
Roll into small balls and set aside.
Melt chocolate chips and shortening in a small saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat. Coat the small balls in the chocolate mixture. Refrigerate for several hours.

There is a really good reese peanut butter bars at the grocery store. You make them yourself and it has the oreo-type crust with peanut butter filling and chocolate on top. They are to die for. There is the cake mixes department. It takes like 10 minutes to whip up and then just throw it in the fridge for an hour. They are easy to whip up and come with a throw away pan. I usually cut it all out and put on a serving plate. Yummy.

This isn't fudge but its WONDERFUL!
2 Cups Chunky peanut butter
1 stick margarine, softened
2 Cups confectioner's sugar
1 6 oz pkg. chocolate chips
1/3 bar paraffin wax
Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl, mix well. Chill. Form into walnut-sized balls. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in saucepan. Dip balls into chocolate mixture to partially coat, leaving an eye uncoated. Place on waxed paper until firm.

1/4 to 1/2 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon butter
vanilla
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans, optional
PREPARATION:
Put all ingredients into a saucepan. Bring to a boil and continue to boil gently until a little dab added to cold water forms a soft ball*. About 238° on a candy thermometer. Add peanut butter, butter, and vanilla; beat until the mixture begins to thicken. Add nuts, if using. Spread in a buttered loaf pan; chill until fully set and cut into squares.
*To Test for Soft Ball Stage
A small amount of syrup dropped into chilled water forms a ball, but is soft enough to flatten when picked up with fingers (234° to 240°).
Peanut Butter Nut Roll
2 cups sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
PREPARATION:
In a saucepan, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup, evaporated milk, and vinegar. Cook, stirring, until sugars dissolve. Cook, stirring often, to soft ball stage, 238°. Cool, without stirring, to lukewarm, about 110°.
Buckeyes
1 cup creamy peanut butter
4 ounces plus 3 tablespoons softened butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 1/2 to 4 cups confectioners sugar, about 1 pound
1/2 cup very fine graham cracker crumbs
3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
PREPARATION:
With a wooden spoon or large mixer with paddle attachment, beat peanut butter, butter and vanilla until smooth. Slowly stir or beat in confectioners' sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Mixture will be dry, but will hold together when shaped into balls.
