Since the world is ending in 2012, would it be to my advantage to take out a 30 year mortgage loan now?

Hey, it can't stop then.
I have a dental appointment in 2013 for full-mouth xrays and cleaning.
Let's not let the world end till 2050, ok?

Why take out a loan at all? I mean you won't have the house for long....:)
