We are scheduled to get married on March 12 and do not yet have wedding bands. I know we are late for getting them now...but I've looked all over the place for cheap ones to get now right away, and then we'll get the better ones later. I want serious answers only. No B.S. answers, please.

Here's a site with pretty reasonable rings, but I'm not sure you will be able to get them that soon unless you use the express shipping.

You can get a Sterling Silver Engraved Message Ring and have it shipped express, which will be received within 5 business days from the order date.

Hope it helps and CONGRATS!

I believe Kmart, WalMart, Sears and many other department stores will sell you inexpensive wedding bands over the counter. Some people say you can purchase cheap ( used ) ones at a pawn shop or place that buys scrap gold. Good luck !

If I were in your position I would go to a local department store (like Wal-Mart or Sears) and look for simple plain gold bands. These will be the least expensive and easiest to size quickly. If you really wanted to keep costs down as you are planning on replacing them with the rings you want later, you could even go to one of those places in the mall that sells silver rings and look for nice simple silver bands. Good luck

Do you live near a Sam's or a Costco? They have nice, but also inexpensive jewelry. If you just really want bands for now you can also go to Target or Walmart. If all you need it to hurry up and get bands and plan on having better ones later, it really doesn't matter where you go. All of those places have them. Congratulations and good luck.

I would recommend Zales or Kay Jewelers (or something similar). They typically have a nice selection of bands you can purchase and take home immediately depending on your ring sizes. Plain gold bands are relatively inexpensive. You can even get a small diamond band for $200-400 at either store.

You could try the pawn shop but it sucks to use a ring that symbolizes someone else's failed romance. You could try Walmart, K-mart or some other discount store. I'm sure they have 1-3 day shipping if they don't have it in store. I plan to use a cheap cubic zirconia EBay ring until we can pay off our wedding and get something more special.

PAWN SHOPS! You get the REAL thing at a HUGE discount. Not just kmart crap that's gonna turn your finger green after a few months.

If you have a problem with them being "used"... well you don't know if they were pawned because they backed out of the wedding (and therefore, they were not used) or what the heck happend. So get over that - and go get something nice for yourselves!

Try Walmart. We looked there and found some for as low as $19.97 if I remember correctly, nothing fancy but a simple band. It will suffice until you can get the ones you really want.
Good luck and happy wedding day!!

Depends on your size. Most stores just carry average sizes & have to be sent out to be sized. I'd suggest calling area stores, asking what sizes they have on hand & explain when you need your ring. If they can help you, tell them your price range & see if they have anything within it. Another option would be a pawn shop but, again, sizing could be an issue.

I think you can go to your local jeweler and ask what they have in your size in stock. I don;t think you should have to cheap rings that you'll have to replace later. Try to get the rings you like now. You can have them engraved later. It's much nicer, and more sentimental, to have the actual rings you exchanged at the ceremony, don't you think?
If local jewelers don't have what you need, try some online places. Call them to ask what they have now in your size.
