I would just ask the person would you like to go to a coffee shop on break together ,or even after work. I would never ask anyone to my home that you do not know very well. To come over to my house ,because you never know who the person really is. I myself do not want you to become injuried. Some persons are really not who they act or say who they truly are. I would never get into any kind of a relationship with SOME of the persons we have in our world today. Please Stay Safe!!!

Step 1....walk to the coworker
Step 2....ask that person to go out with you
Step 3....wait for the answer

My advice? Never poop were you eat. Usually ends ugly.
Good luck

Try by asking your co worker to have lunch with you and build some kind of interest in going out with you first and if she /he seems interested during the lunch ask her her/him if not carry on a few more lunches

done this at least a dozen times. alright, find a party or a social event that wont be necisarily (spelling) a date. tell her/him that you know of a party or whatever and if they want to go. if they dont have any plans for that night, they will most likely go and then you can make your move. also, drink a little alcohol to ease the tension, but dont get drunk and stupid. oh yeah, get their number if you dont already have it. good luck playa!

Would you like to go out sometime?

Think carefully about this. Is the job important to you? If it doesn't work out would it affect your performance or your position there? Are you prepared to quit and work elsewhere?

If you're okay with all of the answers, then go with it.

Uh-oh, this could be difficult. First find out if she's married or committed, then compliment her.
