JROTC is not a comissioning source. if you wish to become a Navy Officer you must go through NAVY ROTC.

JROTC is High School. Officers must have a 4 year degree.

The Navy and the Army are separate branches of the US Military; an army officer wouldn't wind up serving in the Navy. In order to become a Naval officer you'd have to take Navy ROTC.

you won't be able to promptly substitute right into a commissioned officer by way of JROTC. you may get a scholarship for ROTC with the help of kissing up on your instructors and doing issues with JROTC and as quickly as you graduate college you could substitute into an officer.

Look into attending The Citadel for college work, they have senior ROTC for all branches, Navy (Marine), Army and Air Force, not an easy school to get into, but it is the only one I know of that offers all the ROTC programs at one place.Good luck!
