what is the easiest way to learn interneting. too many technical words, i am comfused?

Most computer manuals I have recently seen come in English, French and Spanish -- not necessarily the best examples of any, but comprehensible. Ok, if none of that works there is a tech support telephone number. It may take a while, but they will try their best to help you.
