As the noodles have carbs and some Sat. fats, the seasoning packets are not fat but salt..... If you dont burn off the carbs and exercise enough to sweat out the salts, top ramen really isn't the best thing for you if you are watching what you eat. They have like 910 mg of sodium.. that's alot..... they also have around 26g of carbs which most diets only require 40g of carbs per day. Also..if you are sharing a top ramen, of course you can figure you are only getting half of these amounts... that's a little better... but they are tasty and it is easy to eat the whole thing.

Check the package - Ramen noodles have a LOT of saturated fat in them. (the noodles, that is). The seasonings have a lot of sodium.

check the nutrition facts. i dont think there is really any fat in the seasoning....thats really just salt. the noodles...are well just noodles and they dont realy have anything added to them so there probably isnt any fat or just a minimum amount of fat.

They could not have that much fat in them. They're only noodles.

the noodles contain lots of carbs and the packets will clog your veins with all the sodium they contain... but they sure as hell make a tasty way to die.
