First of all, realize that all girls are different, just like guys. Some just want flings and one night stands, some want casual dating relationships, and some want serious falling-in-love relationships. Only the last kind that I have just named want to hear romantic things. Seriously, love isn't a joke. If the time is right, and both people are completely ready, "I love you" will be a pleasurable thing for the girl to hear. Sensitive girls will want to be told these things, and how you feel. It's really just a case-by-case thing, so do yourself a favor and don't try to put all girls in one category!

Be honest. Be real, but not so free to lose manners and tact. Be thoughtful and do not jump right in to the intense romance. If you've been keeping company with someone fairly regularly and she always runs off after the "I love you" then you are moving too fast.
I have been in many relationships where the impatience of the other person has ruined a perfectly good relationship.
Find someone with similar interests and be yourself. Maybe learn to read people...you should know when someone is comfortable and when they're not.

after youve been dating they want to here that you love them becaus eit makes them feel that the realitonship is strong. I personaly think love notes and poetry is kind of emberssing but some girls like it. After youve known them for awhile they liek to hear how you feel about them. It just depends on what type of girls they are. Also another tip dont try to rush things by writing a song or poem about them because it freaks them out and they may think you are obessed with them so maybe wait untill your further along in the realtionship. i hope i haved hlped and good luck

When you just meet a girl, don't get all romantic on her and for pete's sake DON'T tell her you love her right then. Yes, it would come off as creepy. Just be yourself and don't do something because YOU think this is what they want to hear. They want to know you, not someone pretending to be someone else just to get the girl.

the girls you've been with must secretly be aliens... no just kidding, just some girls who don't like that sort of thing. personally I'm a hopeless romantic so I love all that kind of stuff, or at least I know I would if I'd ever had a boyfriend. don't change who you are, you'll find a girl that appreciates you :)

Girls just want you to be yourself and say what's on your mind without thinking to much about it. Humor goes along way. There is such a thing as trying to hard and we live in a differrent time when all the nice thoughtful things worked. Good Luck

Be yourself. If you think it's romantic, eventually you'll meet a girl who thinks the same. Don't change just because you want to be with a certain person.

HONESTLY...ITS HONESTY!!! Nothing more or nothing less! Take it slow, and just know, that every women is different. Just like every man. Some women are nice and sweet and compassionate and some are cold as ice and uncompassionate!
Not every man can make a certain women open up, and not every women can make a certain man open up too. Just be yourself, someone out there will like you for who you are. Trust me!!
