If you sleep in your contacts somewhat regularly, will your vision get worse over time?

No, sleeping in your contacts will not make your eyes "get worse". It does, though, increase your risk of several diseases such as 1)corneal ulceration 2) bacterial infection 3) corneal neovascularization to name a few. The most important thing is that you are wearing contact lenses that are designed and authorized by the manufacturer for extended wear (sleeping) AND that you have regular eye examinations with your optometrist to monitor your eye health. Hope that helps.

Yagman is right. If you are lazy like me, get the Focus Night and Day lenses, they are made to sleep in, you change them once a month. Or, if you save the money (like I did), get laser eye surgery and get rid of contacts once and for all!!

Yagman is right. Don't take chances with infection. Take them out @ nite & clean them every day.
