How do you tell when a guy is not that into you? I keep thinking these guys really like me... only to have it lead nowhere. Any signs?

Some people say "if a guy is too forward he just wants sex" and others say "If a guy likes you, you wont doubt it" generally though, guys that have talked to me, flirted with me, been nice to me and asked me out and then not bothered to follow it through

It's actually really hard to tell sometimes when a guy isn't that into you. Guys have a tendency to lead girls on quite often. They flirt, hold hands with, and even kiss girls they have no intention of dating. Generally, you just have to go with your gut feeling when trying to figure out if a guy likes you or not. They don't like you if they don't show you respect, flirt with you more than the other girls, or talk to you at least a little bit with their friends. If they say they'll call you and they don't, they don't care enough to make time for you and this is a very bad sign. Just be careful, and trust your instincts on judging guys. Good luck!

well try not to get your hopes to far up when you start out, and dont come on to strong because that will send him away. So just casualy get to know him better and try to set up a hang out date or something. Also if the guy always likes to call you or email you then thats a sign that hes into you but if they have your email or # and they never call then thats a sign that he isnt really into you. Also if he askes you who you like or asks about your previuos dating life thats another good sign pointing to he likes you. Well i hope i helped

Stop reading so much into situations, maybe they're just nice guys who are being freindly. If you read into it then you're going to give off a desperate vibe, just enjoy the laughs and the company and maybe it'll lead somewhere. Good look honey!

Perhaps you scare them away. Go through the dating process and see at what point they seem to "end". What in the relationship is repeating, what stops, ...ask yourself why they end. They probably are into you but they get bored? Maybe you aren't putting out? (I hate to say it but lots of guys get frustrated and give up)

if he takes it somewhere then you will Know he's into you, but since the guys you are thinking don't then they probably are just young and shy.. if they still always look at you, smile, try to get close to you, talk, etc. then they like you most likely.. but if they avoid you or are mean (and not flirty mean), then they probably are "not into you" but most likely if you think they are into you then they probably are! they are most likely just shy or something.
