Joel Peter Witkin has breathtaking work.

It's also highly disturbing, as sophisticated as it is and as talented as he is, just as a warning*. He does some great daguerrotype-influenced darkroom stuff with it.


*lot's of body parts, dead and deformed subjects, etc. it's beautiful but shocking.
