I think all the Rs in this sentence are the light "r" - something more like British than American. And the CH is that back-of-your-throat noise. Hope that helps :)

the pronunciation depends on what kind of german accent you are going for, but in standard german it is like this:
Air , dare eye-n tear ow-s zeekh zelbst makht, ist foam sh-mare-ts buh-fry-t, eye-n mahn tsoo z-eye-n

I tried to put it with as many English words as possible to make it as easy as possible... where I put 'kh' it is that sound like in the scottish word loch.
in the word sich - it is sort of like hissing like a snake. but in macht - it is from your throat, like you are hawking a loogy.
also, if you want to avoid sound like an American, try to shorten your vowels - the vowels in german are much shorter than in English.
