We also have multiple cats. There is a product called "Feliway", it's cat ferimones, you can purchase it in spray form or plug-ins that really helped us. You can purchase it at Petco or Pet Smart. I also use it if I have to take any of ours to the vet, I spray a tiny bit in the carrier and it keeps them calm. It really is worth a try, it's a little pricey though. Good luck
Oh, by the way it's basically odorless to people.

Cats are very territorial and your first cat sees the other cat as an interloper. Usually they will work out some sort of truce, but after 9 months the aggression should have started to mellow out.
I don't have a quick answer for you, my suggestion is to ask your vet for suggestions, also to do as much reading as you can in general internet searches on female cat aggression and territorialism.
I have two male cats who both came to me as adults and they are fine if I'm not around, but the moment I come onto the scene one jumps up and chases the other away. I did a bunch of reading on this and discovered this is very normal for adult male cats as the dominant male will protect the food source, which is me. It annoys me, I can watch them out the windows and they're 18 inches apart, asleep in the sun, but the moment I step out the door they're chasing each other around. I can't even let the non-dominant one in the house because he can't get away from the other one when they are inside. Fortunately he's always been an outdoor cat (just showed up one day and I started feeding him) and he doesn't really want to come in. They both get more than enough food, plenty of exersize and lots to do out here in the country, I've just had to learn to live with it - so long as nobody's getting injured, I just leave it alone.

What you can do is.....
--Put them in the same room with eachother but watch them and help them if they need help. You did say the're fully declawed.
--You could lock Kali in a room. LOL
--Wait a little while
--When Kali starts a fight, lock her in the (bathroom) (or just a room) and tell her no.
I hope this helped! If not, e-mail or IM me. I'm open anytime!

Your cats simply 'hate each other' and don't want to 'share the house' or 'share you' ... so you must either BE SURE that they can't 'get together' or you should 'get rid of one' and keep only one cat. Next time you have a cat and want to get another cat, you should be sure that the 'first' cat 'approves of and likes' the second cat ... because cats are 'just like people' and all of them don't 'like' all of them ... they have 'friends, and lovers' just the way people do.

Supervise them when they're together and when they're about to strike at ech other, put your arm in between the (wear a longsleeve shirt/jacket) When they don't fight for a long period of time give them treats! Then they'll get used to each other!
