what kind of hositpal! are you talkin about humans and children hostipal centers where there are people who is sick or injuries ? if it is then no you can not have cats or even other animals there cause some doctors and places like hositpals doesnt allow owners bring their pets .but if its one those retirement homes where the doctors and nurses take care of retired old people who cant take care of their self . yeah they do allow some body bring their own dog or cat for a visiting the people who are there for showing the pet and have the old retirement ppl hold or even make somebody feel little better . . there are some rules in the hostipals that you should read about what they have on list. you also should ask the nurse or doctor if its okay to bring a pet there before you bring youre own cat for visit .

No, pets are prohibited in hospitals and there are alot of reasons for it. They're "dirty" and could contaminate hospital property that needs to be sterile (sheets etc.)

I work in a hospital that has a hospice in it. They allow family members to bring up the pets for the patient to visit with, but they have to do alot of paper work and proof the pet is up to date on its shots.
