According to their website, "UCSB offers over 1800 classes each quarter to more than 18,000 students."
BTW, a friend of mine went there several years ago and really loved it. I used to visit from LA and looked forward to those weekends. It's a beautiful place. It also has a good academic reputation and at least 5 Nobel Prize winners on the faculty.
