There are no shuttle buses between the airports. Your options will be:
1. taxi - around $150
2. local buses - a whole day or a day 1/2 in a 12 passenger bus stopping all over the place and switching from routes and $30
3. la linea (Sultana) - they ride between San Juan and Mayaguez, but the drive by Rincon and they might drop you off over there.
The company name is: Linea Sultana in San Juan (787) 765-9377 or (787) 767-5205 and in Mayaguez (787) 832-2502 or (787) 832-1041.
I would take la linea. Did many years ago and it was around $15 each way, it might be twice that now. Good luck!

Knowing how unreliable Puerto Rican public transportation is, I highly recommend you look into a one way rental car.
There are also some taxi services that will take you where ever you need. However my personal experience was not so good. We once had taxi service take us from San Juan to Fajardo and back. The driver they sent was very young, driving like a bat out of hell and spent most or the trip yapping on the cell phone. Each way costs us $60 dollars and I do not think it was worth it.
Again, if you can get a one-way rental car from Aguadilla to San Juan, I'd say do that even if it costs more than public transit. Believe me it will be money well spent.
Good luck!

You also can fly from San Juan to Mayaguez Airport on board Cape Air, which is a regional carrier. A one-way will cost you about $84 (cheaper than a taxi) and the trip should be no more than 30-45 minutes. From Mayaguez Airport (MAY) the drive to Rafael Hernandez Airport (BQN) is about 30 minutes away. Will save you time and money on what will be a two hour road trip. If you are a Continental Airlines OnePass member, you can earn miles on your account with Cape Air. Just present your frequent flyer number at the time of purchase or check-in.

you should fly to Aguadilla's airport. It is a lot closer to Rincon than San Juan's airport. If you need a ride, you should rent a car. It is a 3 hour ride but you'll see plenty of the island and you could visit tourist places.

No Shuttle service. Your best bet is to take a taxi.. a public car could get you there too, for MUCH cheaper (about $30) but it would be a long ride. I took a taxi from San Juan to Manati and it cost $150. From San Juan to Ponce will be around $200

La Linea Sultana or The Public Car (carro Publico) is the only thing avaliable.,
Why don't you try Renting a car that you can leave in Aguadilla...It will be cheaper.
