I have started a new job and i noticed this one guy in particular was flirty with me. I walked past him the other day and he asked if i had breakfast or something like that and asked how i liked my eggs and i said 'well done',then he said 'i like mine fertilised',then he started laughing. What did he mean by this?was he trying to say he wanted sex with me?

I agree with the Goddess of Laundry. Sexual Harassment is not a joking matter, it is serious, and it could get worse. This creep is very immature,
and obviously stupid to say something so personal to a total stranger.
You need to let your supervisor know what he said immediately.

Congratulations on your new job. starting a new job is always difficult as you are the new girl till someone comes along. You don't know this guy and you don't know if he is like that with every one new or just you. I think it is just a silly joke. It is up to you if you like him ..then wait and see if you don't like him..make it clear that you don't enjoy his type of jokes and stay away from him.

It is sexual harassment. And if that type of thing happens again, you should report him to the boss. You should document that incident in case the behaviour becomes a problem.
