Why dont either political party want to pursue al qaeda in every country they're in, which would Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Syria, Pakistan and wherever else they hide worldwide??

Liberals want to go after Al Qaeda and the Taliban in Afghanistan. That's much more important. Nobody in our military can even tell the difference between Al Qaeda, Sunnis, and Shiites in Iraq. Iraq is a much much much bigger mess than simply "going after Al Qaeda" or "not going after Al Qaeda."

By the way, don't threaten to report trolls after you ask a trolling question. Bad form.

iraq has nothing to do with the 9/11 attacks.

iraq has nothing to do with the larger war on terror, which is mostly against sunni's - who we now fund in iraq.

bin laden is a sunni as is al quaeda.
