Some would say those who followed Luther... but there were some who were before Luther... I just can not remember who right now... the others you list came after Luther... Christian Science is way after and not part of the Reformation.... the Church of england was just because the King wanted to get married or some such noncense and the Roman Cult was in the way... so he started his own church... not really part of the reformation either... not sure where Calvin falls... but many non-Catholics follow his ideas... even though they are not all that good in some places... no man should be followed... The Church is not concerned with the ideas of men and man's invented "denominations"... There have always been those who did not bow to the Roman Cult... These are the ones of The Church which Christ himself founded on the day of Pentacost following His ascention to Heaven... There is no other True Church but The Church.... And The Church is not Protestant... though there are many within the Protestants who are of The Body of The Church...

The Reformed Church lays claim to being the oldest Protestant denomination with a continuing history, and they are of the Calvinist persuasion.
