for some reason i cant submit my taxes, due to the fact my name isnt matching my social security number in the irs masterfile.

There is no way for anyone other than an IRS employee to view the Masterfile. You can call the IRS Mon-Fri from 7am to 10pm to find out what the issue is with your name and ss number

The name in the IRS Masterfile SHOULD match what's on your SS card. If it doesn't, you'll need to call the IRS to resolve that.

The most common reason for a mismatch is for a name change due to a marriage or divorce.

No you can't look online.

They get the file from social security, so your name on their files should be the one on your latest social security card.

No. They keep that pretty locked down.
