I hear that there are many health benefits to eating fish. However, there are many different varieties to choose from. When I go to the grocery store, I’d like a fish that I can plop on my George Foreman grill and eat. What’s the healthiest type of fish that I can buy at the grocery store and what seasonings do you recommend? I’m going to avoid tartar sauce because it’s unhealthy.
