This is dependent on your current weight. Generally when people lose weight, they lose from top to bottom. So first in your face, then bust, stomach, hips and so on. I can tell you from personal experience that after losing 62lbs, I went from a 36D to a 34B (or sometimes C). So it is certainly possible if you have some weight to lose anyways.

Another thing that worked for me was doing push ups because they tone the muscles in the area. Unfortunately though if you are just naturally big busted and are already a healthy weight, it may not be entirely possible to reduce. If it really is troublesome (like back aches and such... might be time to start saving for a reduction surgery.)

Best of luck!

weight lose overall can reduce your bustline but if it's a significant amount that you want to lose I'd say to consult a doctor. I had a friend who had a back problem because her boobs were too big and her insurance covered her surgery...

I don't believe that it can, because the fat tissue which makes up the breasts and the other parts of the body is very different. I believe that you may be able to "firm" up the breasts by exercising, somewhat, but actually reducing the size of, if you are a large busted woman, is highly doubtful.
