Yeah, it's like an addiction. It's worse than drugs.

Hehe i have the same problem, especially when i'm doing homework and feel like walking to the fridge every 2 seconds to get a snack . The best way to stop thinking about food is do something that will take your mind off it, like tv or hanging out with friends or Y!A for example. If that doesnt work, go for a walk to calm yourself down, or do another sport like swimming, tennis etc, it will help you take your mind off eating. If you have to eat, however, check the nutritional facts and make sure it's low in fat and sodium. And carry a water bottle with you everywhere, and drink it every time you feel like having food. water's good cos there's no fat or anything in it, ... but remember dont starve yourself!! Have 3 or 4 big meals a day, but make sure its low in fat, and for a drink have water or make ur own juice (without adding anything extra in it like sugar!). Dont eat at fast food places like mcdonalds coz its really high in fat...Hope this helps...

Before you eat anything drink a bottle of water. Drinking plenty of water should make you less likely to want to even think about food because you will feel full. If you just always have to be eating something then try sucking a hard piece of candy or chewing gum.

eat as much healthy food as possible to fill you up. not bland food though. I eat lots of salad with italian dressing mmm mmm. I keep my slices of bread to about 3 or 4 slices a day. Eat your favourite fruit. Spoil yourself with naughty food on occassions and make it seem even more delicious. Also have a medical check for Hypoglycemia. I quit smoking so now I drink a lot of tea instead of munching out. Are you blood sugar leves normal?

Have a determination.
Tell yourself: "From this time on, I want to put a stop in my food consumption."
Then, set a goal and tell yourself to really put a stop in it.
Start to eat litttle during lunch and dinner. No more than one plate of food. Avoid any fyrther food.
During the rest of the day, when you feel like munching anyhing, tell yourself "NO, THIS IS NOT RIGHT. I HAVE TO STOP." Make this into a habit.
Occupy yourself with something that will keep you busy, eg, housework. Perhaps, do more springcleaning in your house. It will keep you busy.
Whenever you feel like eating again, tell yorself "NO THIS IS NOT RIGHT. EAT AT THE NEXT MEAL."
I am not joking. In 6 months, I reduce my weight from 168 ibs to 113.5 ibs.

make a choice of what to have, and eat something healthy like fruit, a pickle, carrots, celery instead of unhealthy things or fat food. Also if you really have an obsession with food you should then seek professional help.

Well make you some snacks of veggies and fruits and get some sugar free gum and chew it whenever you feel hungry. But if your still hungry eat some veggies or fruit. Or get some yogurt and eat that.

Man, I'm the same way, can't stop thinking about it. They say when you start craving you should eat a dill pickle, but then I think about hamburgers. I'm sorry, can't help you, but I sympathize.
