If you feed your toddler what you eat this will encourage you to make every meal healthy both for you and the rest of your family.
Breakfast is usually fruit and cereal (I have milk on it, my toddler doesn't as he isn't fond of spoon feeding and doesn't need milk anyway as he is breastfed). Sometimes we have eggs instead.
Lunch is pretty much anything with lots of veg
Snack is fruit and maybe a starch.
Dinner is dinner *lol*. Usually he has leftovers from the night before as my toddler eats breakfast before the rest of us as my husband works late.

Well, my son is on a pretty good routine. Here's how I do it.
Every other week when I go grocery shopping I buy all different kinds of melons, berries, and grapes. I make sure I cut it up and make a LARGE container of it so I always have that on hand.
Another thing I do is make one standard meal every week. I like making mini penne and meat sauce. This way if I need to make something quick it's on hand.
I also buy those Gerber Graduates Lil' Entree meals so that if I don't have anything else I can use those OR if we eat out he'll have something healthy to eat.
Here's our schedule:
8am--[Breakfast] Fruit, Milk, Oatmeal
11am--[Lunch] Some kind of meat, bread, vegtable, and milk
2am--[Snack] Crackers and Milk
5pm--[Dinner] Whatever we are eating. It normally has some grain, meat, and vegtable with it. AND he has his milk too.
We are trying to get him to learn that eating is only at the table. I've heard that when kids learn to snack all day they have a harder time when they get older or get into school.
I guess it's just a matter of finding the balance you like and the routine you like. I find our easy for both of us. I hope this helps!!

There is no one single Paleo Diet, as our ancestors from all over the world ate dramatically different diets depending on the climate where they lived, their landscape, accessibility to water bodies, and the latitude that they lived. This is a detailed meal plan for the paleo diet https://tr.im/GrTaR
In some cases, a Paleo Diet may be 90% plant foods and 10% animal foods, and in other cases, a Paleo Diet may be 90% animal foods and 10% plant foods.
For example, our ancestors that lived near the equator had year long access to more plant materials such as root vegetables and various fruits, veggies, and nuts.
On the other hand, our ancestors that lived at higher latitudes further away from the equator only had access to fruits and vegetables seasonally at one specific time period per year, and had larger periods of the year where they ate a higher % of meats, organ meats, fish, and other animal-based foods, or fermented foods that could be stored for winter.

At 12 months your baby can begin to drink cow's milk or soy milk. You can stop giving formula, stop sterilizing, and cut back to two milk feedings per day to encourage a hearty appetite for his/her solid-food diet.
Foods for 9-12 months: Beans: kidney, black, butter; Chickpeas; Oily Fish (e.g. salmon, tuna); Peeled Cucumbers; Beets; Cooked Dates; Finger sandwiches. Foods for 12 months: Berries; Cow's milk; Honey; Whole Eggs; Citrus Fruits; Peeled and cut-up grapes; Kiwi; Pineapple; Lettuce; Uncooked tomatoes.
Weaning Guide: Here's a one day sample menu- Breakfast: oatmeal and fruit, finger slices of toast. Midmorning: breast milk/formula or a snack. Lunch: Orion's Lemon Salmon (a recipe really long for this entry). Mid-afternoon: fruit and yogurt or grated cheese and steamed vegetables. Dinner: baby's spaghetti with meat sauce.
