Doing so is illegal. You can, of course, choose to break the law, but you run the risk of a lawsuit for copyright infringement as well as the risk of getting a virus.

Photoshop is overkill for most non-professional users. You can download a free trial version from adobe.com, but for most users Adobe Photoshop Elements will do, and it's much cheaper. You can also download open free source software that might meet your needs. Take a look at some of these:

Gimp - http://www.gimp.org/windows/
Paint.net - http://www.getpaint.net/index2.html
Picasa - http://picasa.google.com/

Also, take a look at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_open_source_software_packages for more open source software.

Yes.

Go here: http://thepiratebay.org/recent
Type in "Photoshop" in the search bar and several versions will appear.

And you will need a bittorrent client to accomplish the download. Here is a good one:

No, but a program from software 995 might do the trick. I use their stuff to make pdf files free. Nice. I do have to look at one ad, or pay $9.95 for the license to avoid the ads.

Not legally like the other guy said, but it is fairly inexpensive to purchase on its own. Hope that helps!
