to me it is a bore.... and I really don't have the time...
now don't go putting me down... believe me, I am not lazy.. not with my heptic life style..
have any of you lost weight without exercising?

o.k. I get the point here...
exercise (and) proper diet = healthy lifestyle.......but I just want to loose weight, I don't need to be toned... just not too heavy....please tell me that I can just cut my calories in half...please!

If you really want to lose weight and get into shape then yes you have to exercise. You don't like any type of exercise?!? Dancing, yoga, walking, playing with a dog ... nothing?!? Find something that you like that involves moving and you can consider it exercise. Even walking around the mall a few times could be exercise.

you can run for about 20 minutes a day
and go on a low carb diet

Do a strict low carb diet and you should lose weight.
I'm starting Monday.
