I really need to know fast. I need it to play soccer in two days. I've tried calling them, but it is always "leave a message". I've emailed but received nothing back. Please help.

I think I should've received a verification but it never came. The health insurance is pay once a year. Its a school offered insurance but they can't help. I've tried.

I am assuming this is an insurance policy. Accordingly, I assume someone is paying an insurance bill from time to time. I'm quite sure the policy number will be on the bill, and if it is being paid by a check, the writer of the check is probably writing the policy number on the checks.

you should have a policy document....
look on that document..you will find it, usually in the top right hand corner..
