Hey. Get over your sickness first. Nothing wrong with taking some time off due to illness. Matter of fact, If you've been hitting it hard at the gym, the additonal time off will be good for you. I hit two body parts daily, Mon, Tues. Wed. Thurs. and then rest three and back again.. I get excellent gains on a limited program. Hope you feel better!

Probably won't but even if you do nothing to worry about. You are on a program and your body will get rid of the couple pounds you might or might not gain. Sleep sleep sleep.......no sense wearing down your body more. It will only drag out your sickness. Good luck and get well.

Possibly depending on how you eat but probably not, the most you will probably have to worry about is not wanting to work out do to not working out in a week.

the least amount of weight you will gain is around 40-50 lbs. your body is very fat and it needs to get tubby again so chillax and let the fat take over. (by your body i mean literally your body, not the proverbial "you"....your body is fat, fatty)

fat
