Typically, in the restaurant business, you multiply by 3... to cover things like utilities cost and expendable items like parchment paper so you still make some money.
For your home operation... just add up what you think it's going to cost and see what price you get when you multiply by 3. If it comes out $9... then you need to see what would sell.
If you're doing a bake sale... 0.25 to 0.50 per cookies.... you still want to make sure you're not paying more for the raw ingredients and losing money after you sell.
Typically, I believe those ready to bake boxes of pilsbury cookie dough is about 20 cookies, but I guess that depends upon how large you want to make them.. about 1 to 1.25 ounces of dough per cookie.

It all depends what kind of cookies your making and how big the box is but for a dozen of chocolate cips cookies you normally pay from 2.50 to 3.50 depends on the size. But most of th etime it depends how many and how long and how much you spend is what you normally cahrge for them. SOme go as high as 4.50 a doz. But also you need to make a variety not just one kind.

If theyre big cookies and taste really good i'd say a maximum or $2, otherwise around $1, good luck !!

People have offered $5.00 a dozen for mine, I bake all kinds of cookies, and mine are usually first ones gone at pot lucks, when people at my hubby's work see me with a cookie tray they flock around like seagulls.
