I really think you need to talk with her about it. You aren't going to get the solution on the computer. The solution will come in a face to face talk with your mom.

You don't say how old you are but it really doesn't matter. Your mother loves you. I'm sure if she understands that you want and need some privacy she will give you some.

It is hard for some moms to let go. It sounds as if you are at the age where she needs to start.

Maybe if talking doesn't work you could print your question along with the answers you have gotten and show it to her.

Nope you're wrong it's not because you're an only child. I have an only child and I don't go into her room every 5 seconds...never did. So come up with a better theroy while you're figureing out how to stop whining.

All moms get on their kids nerves at times. That's what moms are for: to get on your nerves. I suggest to talk to her and specifically ask her how you feel about it (communicate). If you just tell her to stop it, than she is going to do it even more. Real communication is telling exactly how you feel and why you feel that way. I am sure that your mom will listen attentively, give both of you the opportunity to communicate.

every 5 seconds r u serious??? i guess she wants you to know she cares good luck tell her she don't need to come in that much and that if you need any thing you will let her know and don't stay in your room all day go out for fun every once in a while to spend just one on one with her maybe she just wants to be close to you and she thinks that will help

How old are you??
I'm sure she is just worried about you and wants to make sure you are making good decisions. Give her a break. Go lock yourself in the bathroom if you want 10mins instead of 5 sec LOL well good luck.

oh sweetie...give your mom a break..she loves and adores you. When you get bigger you will understand especially when you have kids of your own. I for instance lost my mom when i was 24-i felt the same way you did when i was a teen...and therefore only had a GREAT relationship with her from 19-24. i WIsh i hadnt been so mean and hateful to her as a teen.

Seriously every 5 seconds?

Tell her that you need your space but you do want to spend time with her just not every moment of the day.

First how old are you? I know how you feel that is how my mom was until I left her house because she tried to mingle in my life as a teenager and she always claim to be right and I am always wrong! I feel you Good Luck!
