I wouldn't recommend it because when the braces come off you will have multicolored teeth. Never a good thing.

Best to be patient and wait until after the brace comes off , when you have a brace on it is recommended that you don't drink juice and have things to discolour you teeth as where the braces are fitted will be a different colour it would be the same with whitener .Just make sure you keep them well brushed it will be well worth it when the braces come off, Good luck

Simply put . . DON"T!
As most previous posters have stated,
if you whiten now, you will only whiten the
part of the teeth not covered by the brackets.
Then when the braces come off, you will see
the difference of color from the spots on the
teeth that were under the brackets that did not
get whitened. It will be virtually impossible to try
to match it after the fact.
Just wait- you dont want to ruin your perfectly straight
smile by having white spots all over them. 8)

You want to wait till after your braces are off, otherwise you will
have a mark (like a stencil or like you taped it off ) of where
your bands or brackets were. The bleaching material won't
touch your teeth in those areas where a bracket was, so you
will have spots. Wait till you're done with your braces.
And the answers about bleahing stripping the enamel off your
teeth are WRONG.....it won't.
