Yes, it's not only 'okay' ... that sweating is actually 'good for you' because the 'sweat' is taking the toxins from your system and helping your 'body temperature' to go 'down' toward normal. If you can't 'sweat naturally' you can actually 'bundle up' to force a sweat while you 'sleep' or rest, and you'll feel MUCH BETTER when you wake up ... but if your 'fever' is over 103.5 then you should actually take a 'cool to cold bath' to get it down, and not 'bundle up' to sweat ...

When u sweat it basically means that your body is getting rid of the fever... cold when your body has a fever and sweating when your body is getting rid of it.

ur really very very hot at this point.
just try not to take anything to reduce ur fever unless it is very high.
ur body is heating up like this to reduce the viral production in ur body.
so yes if ur stresses with a fever, ur gonna sweat!

if you have a cold/flu definitely its okay to sweat. its getting the virus poison out of the body.
