yes SOME straighteners do fry your hair, especially if you use it every day. If I were you, I would stop using the straightener for awhile; try blow drying it straight or scrunching it or something else so that it wouldn't become even more damaged. I don't think that your hair would fall out, unless you used it over and over every day. Use voluming shampoo and conditioner to regain your hair's healthiness and then you might could start using it again. (ceramic straighteners work very well and are MUCH healthier for your hair.) Hope this helped a little!!

My stylist Amanda says: only go over each section of hair once, or you will damage your hair. Don't straighten it every day either. Put some sort of product on it like mousse to protect the hair shaft as well. The straightener should be really hot, hot enough that you only have to go over each section once. When you go over and over it, that's when you fry it.

first off, yes it does because you're exposing your hair to direct heat unless you use some kind of product to keep it healthy.
second frying you hair shouldn't be making it fall out because the straightener shouldn't be affecting your scalp which is where the source of hairloss occurs.

It's well worth the expense to purchase a ceramic straighter, and also use just a dab of shine/protecting spray (5 inches) from your hair. Once your hair is damaged, it is hard to get it back.

Yes, if you don't condition your hair 2-3 times a week. You should also use Frizz Ease like my daughters do.

Any chemicals you put in your hair, or on/in your body, will fry you in some way or another.

yes, any heat element will damage your hair after time. flat irons, curling irons, hair dryer, sun, & etc.. theres not much yo can do about the sun but you can stop further damage from the use to electronic devices such as the ones mentioned above by limiting it's use.

No its no longer genuine in any respect, I straighten my hair familiar and it grows on an identical % because it continuously has. only protect your hair suitable and use a protection serum in case you straighten it familiar or it will boost the possibility of falling out.
