I'm actually deleting everything in my answer because I think there is something suspicious going on here. You asked a question earlier and you were 16 years old. Now you are 23 years old. How did you grow up 7 years in such a short period of time? Either you are a liar or something worse. I think you really do need mental help.

Two things: The mindset of our society and our corrupt government. They could easily procure that dying girl a passport and fly her to Singapore against the warnings of all the doctors who treated her, and yet they can't give proper punishment to offenders. If atleast one case is solved justly, things would change. Just once. I say they should be castrated and stoned to death by the Delhi mob. Simple hanging would be too mild for such a cruel crime. Our women are not protected. I live in an Arab country and I respect their government- nobody, not even these psychos who killed the girl, would dare to look lustfully at Arab women in their own country. Indian women are scared, because Indians in general are spineless when it comes to standing up for our rights. When a girl was attacked by around 20 or 30 men in the middle of the street, in public, in Guwahati, not one soul dared to save her. Everyone just bloody watched. One guy even had the nerve to take a video. The VIDEO became viral. Everyone started talking about it and saying how our society sucks, but nobody did anything when it was happening. THAT'S what's wrong with India. Everyone's scared to live in their own country. Our women are scared to come out at night in their own bloody country. This has to stop. If these criminals aren't dealt with the way they deserve to be, this will keep happening and India will just deteriorate. This is worse than the British rule because atleast then, our people were fighting. Now everyone watches and talks. Nobody acts.

I am so sorry that you had to go through such trauma. You are a very strong woman to be able to make it through it. Its up to you if you want to keep the baby, but you must think of your future. Will you continue in school? Do you have a support system to help you through this? I personally dont support abortion, because I believe every baby has a right to breathe. I dont think anyone has the right to take that baby's breath away. However, I do believe in adoption. That might be your best bet. Whichever way you go, I hope that you are safe.

First of all, I hope this was reported to the authorities...Did you get any type of counseling? You can't keep something like this bottled up inside....should you decide to go through the pregnancy you can always give the baby up...abortions are pretty truamatic. It's like being raped all over again but in a different fashion. No one can really give you the advice you are looking for....My heart goes out to you....If you decide to have an abortion...talk to the staff one on one....first....find out how you are going to feel emotionally after wards....it plays with the emotions. Can you handle anymore? Good Luck.

Why didn't you go to the authorities? There might have been something they could have done.
At this point, do you REALLY want to carry a rape-baby to term and raise it? One of the caveats I carry for abortion is that the fetus was conceived via rape or incest.
If you want to abort, then the sooner the better. If you want to carry the baby to term but don't want to keep it, then by all means contact an adoption agency as soon as humanly possible.
This is the only advice I can give you.

It is totally up to you. I don't normally condone abortion as a form of birth control, but in your situation I would not hold it against you. Rape is a horrible thing. If you think that you are mentally strong enough to handle carrying a baby that was created through rape, you could also give the baby up for adoption. Like I said...it is your decision.

Hey Laurie, I really feel for people who have been abused and hurt. And I really take that stuff seriously. And I think the people that ask questions and advice for those kinds of topics should take it seriously also. Because that sh-t really happens. So let me ask you this, are you 16 or 23 this week? And it was abuse from your parents before. Wow, now you was gang raped?!!?? Get real and get a life!!!!!

Yes, I do see where five hours ago you posted a question about being a 16 year old abused kid. I had written a very long answer to your question but now realize you are just a liar who needs a lot of attention. This is really very sick. I wonder what you do in your real life relationships. I suspect your are young so you could get help but w/o it you are in for a rough ride through life.

I'm going to be blunt. It's probably one of the attacker's child. Most women do not do well having a child they know was out of an act of power-control or hate; a lot have suicidal tendencies because they are psychologically detached from their child. I would think seriously about an abortion, even if you have money to have the child.
