I have long, curly medium brown hair that has quite a lot of pure white in it these days. My daughter loves my white hair, and has always asked me not to ever dye it again. When I was young, I wore it short and dyed it outrageous colors often, and had a lot of fun with it! I want to do an auburn or burgandy red thing again, but just for awhile (a few months probably). I am afraid that a semi-permanant color treatment will leave permanant stains on my hair after it wears away, and I don't want that (especially not on the white hair). Any suggestions of products or processes that might give me what I want without leaving what I don't?

There is a simple solution called henna! It is an all natural dye that will color your hair with no stains at all. It comes in several different colors. It is not permanent though. Hope this helps! :)

Manic Panic is a really solid dye. and considering you've been mild blonde to commence along with your hair merely sucked up that colour. contained in the salon we tell people (i'm a hairdresser) to apply break of day dish liquid b/c it truly is intense on the ph scale and could strip undesirable colour to lighten yet that would should be performed interior the first day or so. regrettably it sounds like you should use some bleach (no longer clorox). the solid information is that it will be really performed via blending a pair scoops of powder bleach with 20 volume creme developer (about equivalent aspects) and warm water. you opt for the consistency to be like tomato soup, no longer bisque. the aggregate will be runny so do it at a sink or bathe. This treatment is meant to elevate ranges of undesirable haircolor and it ought to artwork quick so that you may want to observe it. commence with the darkest aspects first. Then rinse and shampoo, problem. that is quite likely so that you may use a toner or some style of colour afterwards to even out your haircolor. This procedure isn't too harsh on your hair, yet a lot less puzzling for a specialist to do. i have performed it distinct cases b/c i have been contained in the marketplace for over 16 years. solid success yet when uncertain call your salon or a salon with a fantastic recognition.

Use a tint color.
This will last a few weeks. Any color that lasts more than 1month is considered permanent and will show fading in re-growth areas.
