A blonde goes into a laundry mat and asks to have her sweater cleaned. The laundromat attendant doesn't hear her correctly and says, "come again?" The blonde blushes slightly and giggles, "oh, no it's just mustard this time."

Well honey, it's a "blond" joke. So in this one the blond thinks the attendant is asking her if the reason she is getting her sweater cleaned again is because of "come"(as in semen) stains. So the blond, who is supposed to be dumb, because it is after all a "blond" joke, replies that it is not "come" this time but only mustard stains. The reason it is supposed to be funny is because the laundry attendant simply didn't hear what the blond wanted the first time and is only asking her to repeat herself and is in no way referring to "come" as in semen stains. Therefore, the implication is that the blond has previously brought in her sweater to have "come" spots removed from it. Get it?

blonde brings in sweater before and it had come on it.
this time when the attendant didn't hear her, she said, "come again" meaning would you repeat that.
The blonde is so dumb she thought the attendant was saying come again as in "is this come again" so the blonde laughed and said no. This time it's mustard.
