There are a couple of possible explanations- either you are hallucinating, or there actually are demonic beings.
That opens the question of what you have been involved in lately. Been to any séances, any voodoo meetings, called any weird spiritual guides, or ticked off any witches lately?
Demons operate on legal grounds, so if there is demonic involvement in your life, there is probably some area where you have given them the right to oppress you. You need to repent of your sins in those areas, ask Jesus to forgive you, and pray to break the attacks. Even if you have done drugs, and drugs are one way that we allow demons access to our lives, ask Jesus, and he can help you.
Jesus is waiting with open arms to help you, heal you, and deliver you. Trust in Him, because He won't let you down.
