I'm on a sugar/sweetener free diet. Are there any healthy, low GI alternatives to mints/gum to get fresh breath on the go?

I like Listerine mint strips. (the ones that dissolve on your tongue).

These are better than other strips, and leave very "clean" taste in your mouth, like if you just brushed your teeth (which is a good "anti-craving trick").

Savers sometimes have them, most supermarkets do and Boots as well.

They are also calorie-free and antibacterial.

Oh, eck!!

I was in Asda today and I saw them doing a whole new display with some new sugar free mints on!

I'm sorry I didn't take more notice now.

However, don't Tic Tacs do a sugar free alternative?

Hope this helps!

Best of luck in your search!
