Yes, Lasik can work if you've worn glasses for years. There's a website here which explains all the pros and cons of Lasik which I found very helpful. There's a little book available on this website which I can recommend.

lasik can help you, but it doesn't always work the first time. some people have to have the procedure done again. those that it has worked for are very happy with it. I'd rather wear my glasses.
