You need help and the place to get it is the doctor, or chemist if you don't want to go to the doctor. The chemist has a pharmasist who can help you with over the counter medication to help you sleep. They can advise you. If you have money problems then buying alcohol is not going to help solve them. I don't know where you are but if you are in the UK there are debt agencies (not loan companies) who can help speak to your debtors and arrange more suitable payments that you can afford. If your debts are not big enough (around £15,000) then you can always get a 2nd job part time. You will be so tired you won't need anything to help you sleep and you will have additional money to help clear your debts, which will relieve your mind, which will also aid sleep. The best way to deal with a problem is to attack it and make plans to solve it. It won't go away on its own.

Go to the drug store or discount store and buy something over the counter for sleep it's real cheap melatonin is very inexpensive $3.00 here it's all natural and believe me it works I occasional work shift work . Exchange the alcohol for ginger ale. The alcohol will do nothing but make you addicted and it's expensive and it's also a depressant the ginger ail helps the alcohol cravings if your under stress you need a clear mind to think straight. Good luck to you.

Check out www.hufa.org. Although you may not be a chronic hypoglycemic, your stresses could be causing temporary insulin imbalance which lowers your sugars, making it hard to sleep. Alcohol is a sugar, so that may be why you need it.
