The moon is extremely rugged. It is battered by meteorites constantly, and it's craters are what lead people to think of the Man in the Moon. I love to think about this because it is something good to keep in mind especially during the teenage years... the moons battering helps to spread the light of the sun out. Think of it as a analogy... the more we get hurt, and the more scarred we are, the better we can understand and love other people.

hey, great to see so much desire to pass knowledge to the next generation. "acliops"? faked moon landings??? geez peace....

what I know is... the minute you (mentally) leave earth, everything gets so mind-bendingly big, huge, vast, enormous, that there's just no way to express it.

The first space probes humans sent out decades ago have been travelling at blistering speed in all that time... but they're still inside our solar system.

Go read Bill Bryson's book, "A Short History of Nearly Everything". It's a grown-up book, but you'll have no trouble with it.

Too much to tell, but the Apollo Moon landings were faked. It's true.
