Try putting some Vicks Vapo Rub on your chest, right under your collar bone. It always works for me.

you can go in the bathroom close the door and turn the shower on do not get in shower but sit on toilet or chair and have just hot water on just sit and breathe the steam from the hot water should help .try about 20-30 minutes good luck.

Any type of cortizone containing nasal drops will do the trick. Nothing does the job like that.

get OCEAN SPRAY or NYQUILL they work amasingly.
right now i am sick and i use both
ocean spray declogs ur nose
nyquill helps you sleep better and declogs ur nose
TRY BOTH!!!!! THEY WORK!
