What should I do with my younger brother who never listens to me?

My brother never listens to me and when I try to explain something to him he brings back things from 5 years ago. He always follows me around and has to get together with someone if I am.

Wow. Creepy. My brother is kinda like that. And you have the same name as me...anyway just ignore him. I've been doing that more and more latley and my brother isn't bothering me as much anymore.
