It really all depends on how many calories you should be eating in a day. If you go on google and put calorie counter you log into a site that asks you questions about your health and diet and gives you a estimated amount of Cal you should have ina day. So if you think you may have met more then recoomended then jsu cut back a bit tomorow. I wouldn't get worried about it thought. Im on a diet at the mo and i have just ate 2 packets of Quavers crisp cause i saved some calories today. Good Luck

No. Eating frozen microwave quesadillas in and of itself will not make you fat. This will depend on your overall intake and expenditure of calories (and the combination of carbs, fats, sugars, etc.).
Okay - GOOD!! Now that you feel guilty, lets stop and analyze. Answer these questions: How did you feel (physically and mentally) prior to stuffing your face with the quesadillas? Why did you eat the quesadillas ? How do you feel (physically and mentally) now that you have consumed the quesadillas?
Okay, we shall/can continue this if you want. You can find me on Messenger or via E-mail or continued here, but I don't want to ramble on if you don't want to work together or figure out what's up with you and your excellent choices =)!!
I forgot to mention that I did spend one month eating frozen pizzas and microwave popcorn, while drinking diet soda and water and continued losing weight - it really does come down to calories in vs calories out; however, I have learned that certain food combinations will work better for your overall health and weight loss.

Its processed food, even mexican processed food is processed, so it breaks down faster in the gut, and is stored as fat.
