If it's a complete rectangle, I would think you would need 42 ft of baseboard.

42' minus at least 2-1/2 for the closet door and at least 2-1/2' for the entrance door. A bedroom must have an entrance door and the national buliding code requires a closet, or it's not a bedroom.

The closest standard linear length you would want to use would be 12' for any un-interrupted wall run. Shorter lengths can be used for walls with door entries. Standard lengths are 8', 10', 12',16', 20', the first three being most common. Plan it out, leave plenty of extra length for "fitting", and don't splice pieces together, it will look like sh*t.

39 ft. You don't need the three feet for the doorway. Be sure to buy about 10% (4 ft.) more for waste when you make miter cuts.
