One of my kids favorite recipes is mac n cheese with Spam. I use any size, or shape of pasta I have. Simply cook the pasta. Cut up the Spam and add to pasta. Melt Velveeta cheese over it, being sure to add a little milk to make it creamier. Sometimes we even mix even some whole kernel corn to make it a casserole.

Clean a potato and chop into on half inch, plus or minus pieces. You don't have to peel it. Place in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and Nuke (microwave) for about 4 minutes. Let it rest in the Microwave.
In a frying pan, add a little cooking oil ...not too hot, Add one sliced onion and simmer until soft. Remove and set aside.
Cut two hot dogs into one inch pieces and cook in the same pan for about 5 minutes. Set that aside.
Add the potato (drain any liquid) in the same pan , you may have to add a little more oil, and cook until they start to brown...and then add and stir in the onions and hot dogs. Salt and pepper to taste.
It's all done...dish it up and have a bottle of ketchup for additional flavor.
That's usually enough for two people...add more ingredients for the hungry ones!!!

you want a real meal?
1. buy some instant rice or the kind that is in a pouch that
cooks up in like 90 seconds
2. you just add gravy or broth or bouillon for flavor
3. brown some ground beef or use chicken
4. can veggies or frozen
and voila you have a meal.
