If i have not cancelled my present Visa in Kuwait, can i get visa in Qatar, UAE, etc..?

I am having a valid residency in Kuwait and i need to try for another GCC country like Qatar/UAE. If i have not cancelled the visa in my passport, can i get Visa for these countries?
What is the present rules for this matter in GCC countries or Kuwait..? Please answer me anybody it will be very usefull to more people too....

No problem, go ahead. If you have an existing visa it will not make any difference for applying new visa for other GCC countries.

But remember, you should re-enter to Kuwait within the period of six months if you are willing to keep the Kuwait residence visa.
