Yes, crunches will help strenthen your abdominal muscles. But, you have to do some cardio to burn the fat. Do both cardio and crunches and you will have great results. Drink plenty of water also.

i do yogalaties

which is pilates mixed with yoga..... i think it is really great and is perfect caz u can do it yrself and it doesn't require classes
