I am trying to make some monkey bread but i don't have either a bundt cake or a tube pan. Does anybody knows what other pan i could use so i wouldn't have a messed up bread????

a loaf pan would work... that's how the local bakery makes them. If you don't have a loaf pan, the supermarkets sell the disposable aluminum ones inexpensively.

Pretty much any type of pan will work. If it's a very flat kind, you may have to adjust the baking time down somewhat (5-10 mins or so).

To test if the bread is done, stick a wooden toothpick or a knitting needle into the middle. If it comes out clean, the bread is done, but if there's soft dough on it, it needs a little longer.

Try a 8x8 glass dish or deep dish pie plate. Keep an eye on it you may have to adjust time.
