Hey am 5"11 and weight around 150 lbs and i want to gain weight fast...its though for me cause i eat but i guess i have a fast metabolism......i want to start hitting the gym also.....my goal is to gain atleast 15-20lbs

Pizza Hut's large stuffed-crust meat lover's pizza (the whole thing has 4160 cals) and it take 3500 cals to gain one pound,
if you save up you can order 1 everyday 4 one week.

4160 cals x 7 days divided by 3500 cals = 8.32 pounds in one week.

make sure you work out alot

Actors and actresses who are too skinny often recover very well by drinking Ensure (liquid dietary supplement shake thingee) all the time. It is supposed to contain good nutrition as well as protein and calories. Ensure comes in small cartons, like chocolate milk. I think this is way better than fattening up on junk food.

You must increase calorie intake. To put that into layman's terms, you have to eat more. Try pasta, beef, and bread. There is also a plant called Moringa, it has a natural growth hormone that can help you beef up naturally, with no bad side effects.
